It’s pathetic that many multi national companies still neglect the precautionary measures for the safety environment.

Though the project is completed in a shorter span, with a great margin, but is unable to be free from mitigate the accidents, then that project is futile, as per POME.

Projects could be delayed, if not today, tomorrow it could be completed, but what about the person’s life loss or major injuries, due to which he looses his daily bread. One could not justify the same.

We are executing the projects for a better environment, health, security and safety for better tomorrow, and hence responsibility lies with in us, not to neglect today’s st6ake holders safety at the site.

Our objective is to see accident free projects, and always keep communicating to the lower ones about the significance of accident damages.

This safety action plan is designed for works to be carried our at customer sites. The role of Project/ Operations Execution Organization for OSHE will consist especially for hot and cold jobs of electrical instrumentation, conduit installation, commissioning, hard services etc. There are also several miscellaneous projects that will take place during the new construction, especially in Oil and Natural gas Industries and refinaries.

Site OSHE Objectives

It is the objective of Project/ Operations Execution Organization and its site management to achieve and maintain in partnership with the customer for the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environmental on the site. To this end, Project/ Operations Execution Organization must observe and promote the site’s OSHE requirements and should co-operate, liaise and co-ordinate OSHE activities with the client.

It is Project/ Operations Execution Organization must make the policy that the promotion of OSHE is the mutual responsibility of management and employees alike. Indeed, Project/ Operations Execution Organization must recognize that its most valuable resource in the prevention of accidents in the workplace is the careful attention of all employees. For its part, Project/ Operations Execution Organization must do everything reasonably practicable in its control to prevent injury to personnel, visitors, and others; protection against foreseeable work hazards; and maintaining protection of the client’s property.

Project/ Operations Execution Organization must recognize that communications on site between Project/ Operations Execution Organization and the customermanagement and personnel are crucial in achieving and maintaining high standards for OSHE. Project/ Operations Execution Organization employees and subcontractors employees are required and expected to contribute in achieving these high standards at all times.

Project/ Operations Execution Organization must recognize the benefits of complying with the client’s contract expectations for OSHE and the Project/ Operations Execution Organization site personnel must:

* Implement an OSHE Management System, which conforms not only to Project Execution Organization’s OSHE Standards but also to current International Codes and Standards.
* Actively participate to ensure compliance with client and Project/ Operations Execution Organization OSHE standards during pre-construction, construction and commissioning phases
* Review and grade OSHE performance during all phases of the project plus perform post project OSHE reviews to determine if the project team met their OSHE goals as well as the subs used by Project Execution Organization
* Continuously improve OSHE performance at the site during the project’s duration by performing risk reviews and by conducting site audits, focusing on critical work behaviours
